No engagement until agreed in writing
Visiting this website, sending a message or having a call with us does not create a client relationship. Services start only after both sides sign a written scope and service agreement, and a Business Associate Agreement where protected health information is involved.
No guarantee of results
Collections and denial outcomes depend on payers, documentation, timing and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific collection amount or result. Figures, charts, reports and photos on this website are illustrations and examples, not actual client results.

Services marked as available are offered now. Services marked as planned, such as hospital billing, are not yet available and may change.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, try to disrupt it or send harmful, false or unlawful content through the contact form.
Intellectual property
The Arovia RCM name, logo, text and design belong to Arovia RCM. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
