What we collect on this website

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, organization, the type of request, your specialty, estimated claims volume, billing software and your message. We use these details only to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about our services.

Please do not send patient information

Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, diagnoses or any other protected health information in the contact form or by email before we have signed a written agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where required. The form is for business enquiries only.

How your details are handled

Form messages are delivered to our business email inbox. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of business discussions, and you can ask us to delete your message at any time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.
